5.1 Digital Gift cards Terms and Conditions
Purchase of this gift card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of 51 Beauty PTY) Ltd is final. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Digital gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchasing and must be redeemed within this period. Any unused balance shall be automatically forfeited upon the expiring date. This gift card can ONLY be used for online purchases on www.panierdessens.co.za. This gift card can be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts or promotional offers. Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. This gift card can be used in multiple purchases. Balance amount of the gift card can be used in subsequent purchase. Gift cards are saved as an order on the customer’s account under the section called “Gift Cards” which can be downloaded as a PDF and able to be re-printed if lost, stolen or damaged.
6. Shipping & Returns
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders within the borders of South Africa will take up to 7 business days to be processed and delivered (force majeure dependant). We offer free delivery for all standard orders over R1000-00. There is a standard delivery charge of R100,00 for orders below R1000,00.
International shipping to any country within the sub-Saharan region (exclusive of the Republic of South Africa) and Indian Ocean islands will take between 14 – 21 business days to be processed and delivered subject to no customs delays in the country of destination. Please note for all international shipping, shipping costs, customs and/or duty charges are for the recipients account and will be communicated with you directly by the courier company. Please note any customs stops in the destination country will not be for the responsibility of Panier des Sens or 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd or its subsidiaries. Free gift with purchase for orders over R2,500-00. All orders will be shipped by our nominated shippers / couriers. By placing your order you accept that the goods will be delivered to any person at the given delivery address. We do not have to furnish proof that the purchaser received the goods, but that any person at the given delivery address signed for your purchase.
7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:
Should you not be satisfied with your product(s) we will be happy to assist based on 51 Beauty’s (Pty) Ltd below returns, exchange and refund policy: The provision of goods is subject to availability.
In the event of any product being unavailable, 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will, where possible, offer a substitute product or refund the purchaser in full within 7 business days (South Africa) 14-21 business Days (international) (inclusive of any promotional discounts and/or special offers). You are within your rights to return your product to us at no charge with the provision of the below:
- It is undamaged and unused, with the original packaging and seals intact and not open or broken
- Packaging is not damaged, torn or missing
- Gift sets or weekend sets are not missing any components or products
- All labels and cards are still attached to the item
- Your return, exchange or refund request has been sent to us within 30 days from the original purchase date.
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd offers a 7 business days (South Africa), 14-21 business days (international) return policy from delivery date however, this is only valid for products that are either missing, damaged, expired or defective. In the case of any product being received in a damaged state, the purchaser must provide proof of such damage within 24 hours of receipt via e-mail to info@panierdessens.co.za
8. Want to exchange?
If your products meet the above conditions and you would like to exchange for something else we will be more than happy to assist, should your requested exchange be in stock and available. The provision of goods is subject to availability. In the event of any product being unavailable, 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will, where possible, offer a substitute product or refund the purchaser in full within 7 business days, 14-21 business days outside of the Republic of South Africa.
Your exchange or refund request will be validated once we have received an e-mail from you containing the following information:
- Pictures as proof of reason for return
- Reason for return request
- Proof of purchase receipt
- Order number
Once we have received the above information and the return request is accepted, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. Items received without a return request and e-mail confirmation from 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange. For international returns, refunds and exchanges (outside of the Republic of South Africa), the customer will be liable for all shipping fees, except in the instance where the product is defective or expired and proof thereof is furnished.

Once we have received your return and evaluated the product for compliance of the above, we will process your return, refund or exchange. We will not exchange or refund personalised orders.
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd does not accept or exchange any SALE items or gift cards.
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to decline any return request should the product not be in the same condition as delivered.
The customer will bear the risks related to the goods upon receipt thereof. Any loss and/or damage to the delivered goods occurring after delivery of the said goods will be payable by the customer.
9. Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product received is not as described on our website, please notify us within 48 hours by emailing info@panierdessens.co.za or WhatsApp +27 712632060 and we will collect the product from you at no charge. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will arrange collection for the goods and notify the customer via e-mail or WhatsApp once we have received your e-mail or WhatsApp and the return request is accepted. The customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. Once we have physically inspected the product and validated the return, we will deliver the correct product as soon as possible, subject to availability. Should the product not be available, a substitute product will be offered, or we will refund at the full purchase price within 7 business days of the receipt (14-21 business days outside of the Republic of South Africa).
10. Products damaged or something missing?
Customers are to inspect the delivered item/s upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, missing or incorrect item/s must be reported to 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@panierdessens.co.za or WhatsApp + 27 712632060. Once we have received your e-mail or WhatsApp and the return request is accepted, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation from 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to return the package. Once we have physically inspected the product and validated the return, we will notify the customer via e-mail whether the request has been accepted or declined. If the customer’s request has been accepted we will replace the product within 7 business days (14-21 business days outside the Republic of South Africa). If we are unable to replace the product we will issue a refund.
Upon receipt of customers banking details, we will refund at the full purchase price via Electronic Funds Transfer within 7-14 business days of the receipt (21 business days outside of the Republic of South Africa). If a product is not available at the time of order, the customer agrees to receive the rest of their order without the unavailable product, the amount will therefore be deducted from the order total. 11. Want to Cancel?
If the customer wants to cancel their order, this can be done by visiting the “My Account” page on the website, or, contact customer care on +27 712632060 or info@panierdessens.co.za. To request an order cancellation the order number will need to be provided.
Orders need to be cancelled within 2 hours after placing the order.
Customers are liable for delivery and return fees in respect of any late cancellations or in the in the event that the parcel has already been collected by our delivery partners. Should the customer cancel their payment for any reason, or if their payment card be invalid for whatever reason, the customer will remain liable for the full purchase price of the order inclusive of all related costs. Cancellation of orders by the customer may attract a 10% administration fee. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any sale and any customer registration in in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or Terms and Conditions as stipulated on the website.
12. Coupon codes / Promotions
Discount codes will not be applicable to items which are on sale. Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Please note that coupon codes are not applicable when purchasing gift cards.
13. Products
Please note the stock of all items on offer is limited. Any order is subject to the item not being sold out, in the event of an item being sold out 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd may remove such item from your basket. The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd has received the money. If payment fails, for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT. All prices converted in EURO or US$ are exclusive of any statutory local VAT or taxes.
14. Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases, prior to the order being dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
15. Service disruption
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to be online continuously, we cannot exclude cases in which the webpage may be unavailable. In rare cases this may cause data loss. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd cannot be held liable for cross-browser incompatibilities that cause checkout or payment failures.
16. Intellectual property
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd retains all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the “Property Protection”). A modification, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to copying any style or design.

The customer has the right to view detailed information as regards the essential characteristics of the products they wish to order prior to placing the order.
The products proposed for sale on the present website at the address at www.panierdessens.co.za constitute the offer of 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to modify its collection at any time and to change its product list and product ranges.
Product photos presented on our website are not contractually binding.
18. Termination/cancellation of orders
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order it suspects of being fraudulent.
19. Changes in General Conditions and Security
51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time. We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.
20. Security and Accuracy of billing and account information
Anyone downloading or trying to download malware or damaging coding on this site, or who tries to gain unauthorised access to any page on this site, will be prosecuted. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will claim civil damages from such person/s if 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd suffers any damage or loss. All credit card transactions on the site are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and reinforced by various encryption processes with the aim of offering the most effective possible protection of any sensitive information. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd has no access to any confidential information regarding your payment method. Only the banking partner of 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will have access to confidential information (such as your credit card number, expiry date, CVV etc.). We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 21. Pricing
The selling price of the products specified in South Africa rands (ZAR) (value added tax included) or EURO or US$ (exclusive of any statutory local VAT or taxes) is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to stock availability. These prices do not include shipping costs which may be invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased pursuant to the terms and conditions specified hereinafter and as mentioned to the customer prior to confirming the order. Prices may be modified at any time without notice, they include the VAT applicable on the date of order. Any change in the applicable rate may be duly applied to the product prices. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products or product specifications, promotional items and sales without notice. Special promotions may be subject to certain terms and conditions, including availability of stock and limited offer stipulations. Special promotions apply only to items on your original order and no discounts can be applied after the sale or promotion has ended. Online sales and special promotions are only valid for the campaign period and no exceptions will be made for late orders or orders placed once the promotion period has ended.
22. Payment options
Payment may be made by via credit card, by Pay fast, by using a gift voucher or by electronic bank transfer (EFT). The merchant country outlet at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa and the transaction currency is South Africa rand (ZAR), EURO OR US$. The customer must check the details of their current order and correct any errors if necessary. When the customer confirms their order, they acknowledge they have fully taken note of the general terms and conditions of sale prior to confirming the order and explicitly declare they accept them when they check the box “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale”. The sale will be considered as final when the customer confirms the order, without prejudice to the customer being able to exercise their right of withdrawal. This order will be confirmed by info@panierdessens.co.za, via an email sent to the customer. A second email will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd advises the customer to keep these two emails printed on a paper medium or saved in a computerized version. The customer must ensure that their e-mail address is entered correctly when creating their customer account/logging in prior to placing the order. In the event that the email address concerned has been incorrectly entered by the customer or they did not receive the order confirmation email, 51 Beauty (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd will be entitled to collect the entire amount of the order as soon as the email informing the customer that the order has been shipped has been sent. In the event that deliveries are split, only the products shipped will be debited. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd may, in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or per order.
23. Payment
By confirming their order, the customer is under the obligation to pay the price specified for the purchase of products on the website www.panierdessens.co.za Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard credit or debit cards or via electronic bank transfer (Eft) into 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd bank account, details will be provided upon request.
24. Data and payment security
Payments on this website are made by bank card using a secure payment system. Users may go to www.payfast,io to view their terms & conditions and security policy and certificate. Customer details will be stored confidentially by 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd separately from card credit card details which are entered on Pay Fast’s secure site. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment by the customer, a payment incident and/or fraud in the use of the website or means of payment selected by the customer.
25. Transaction check, accuracy of billing and account information
The customer agrees to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for their and account. The customer agrees to promptly update their account and other information, inclusive of e-mail address, contact telephone numbers, credit card numbers and expiration dates, in order for transactions to be completed accurately and correctly. As part of its order checking service, 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd may contact the customer by any means, in order to validate a transaction and may, if required, ask for any supporting documents deemed useful (relating to identity, and/or place of residence and/or the means of payment used). The customer must provide the supporting documents requested within 15 (fifteen) business days of receipt of the request from. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd . The customer is informed that the delay, failure or refusal to transmit the supporting documents requested will result in the cancellation of the order by 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd. On receipt of the supporting documents and in the event of confirmation of the order by 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd the time taken by the customer to transmit the documents requested will delay the delivery of the product(s) ordered by the same number of days. The customer hereby indemnifies 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd for any consequence/s of whatsoever nature, as a result of any incorrect billing and account information which the customer may have provided to us. We centralize domain names for statistical purposes. We use the data transmitted to improve the content of the pages of our site. 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd collects and processes personal data concerning the customer and the recipient of the order (except credit card number) in computerized form for the sole purpose of order management. 26. Refunds
Refunds will be in the original method of payment.
Refunds take 7-14 business days, after receipt of goods by 51 Beauty (PTY) Ltd (South Africa), 14-21 business days (international) to process. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 days (7-14 days outside of South Africa) of receipt by the purchaser. The goods must be in their original condition unused and with labelling and packaging intact. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or if paid via EFT.
We hope your order meets your expectations, however if you are dissatisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund (within 30 days from the date of dispatch). If you have received a faulty product (faulty container or texture) or experience an allergy (discontinue use of the product immediately), please contact our Customer Service team on info@panierdessens.co.za or via our contact icon on the home page and we will explain how to return your product(s). Please note we can only offer a refund if returned within 7 days of receipt (14 days for customers outside of South Africa).
If you experience an issue with an item within a collection, set or value pack and would like a refund, you will be required to return ALL items within the set for this to be processed. However if one of the products is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please send us back the product for a free replacement.
● Products must be returned in their original condition and unfortunately we are unable to accept items back that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective. Product that has been opened or used may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
● This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.panierdessens.co.za we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet or website.
● Unfortunately your original delivery cost will not be refunded.
● Your return request, upon receipt, will be processed promptly within 7 business days (South Africa) and 14-21 business days (international).
● Once your return has been processed, an email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund or exchange.

Photos and illustrations presented on the site are not contractually-binding and the seller cannot be held liable. 51 Beauty (Pty) Ltd reminds its customers that Panier des Sens and La Crique retail products must be stored away from humidity, too high temperature or too much light and is subject to an expiry date. Products which have not been stored under the aforementioned conditions will therefore be excluded from the guarantee. Our products have a shelf life of 30 months unopened and 12 months from the date of being opened. The seller’s guarantee is in any case limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-compliant products or products with defects.
